I am currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator for a well established organisation on the outskirts of Shirley. This role is a full time, permanent vacancy. Knowledge of VAT and experience of processing expenses is essential for this role.
Duties will include:
- Process / match costs of supplier invoices to purchase orders
- Raise Customer Invoices from Customer orders / consignment consumption.
- Process movement of stock and customer deliveries on the ERP system
- Deal effectively with supplier queries and work with the business to resolve any issues.
- Set up new suppliers in the bank.
- Control of company credit cards and staff expenses and liaison with the bank in this connection
- General support for the Finance team including accounts receivable activities as required
To be considered for this role we are looking for:
- Experience in a similar role ideally Accounts Administration
- VAT knowledge
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
