I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to carry out a 6 month FTC on behalf of my client based in Stratford upon Avon. My client is a charity based organisation who provide support and guidance to clients regarding sexual health.

Hours of work: 36 Hours, Monday to Thursday 10am-6pm and Saturday 8.30am-2.30pm

Duties include:

  • Providing telephone back up for appointment bookings
  • Managing the income reports
  • Creating customer accounts / amending information
  • Creating reports for management
  • Keeping track of units and appointment availability
  • Inputting client questionnaires and providing admin support to the department as a whole
