A leading business with beautiful offices and an exceptional team need Administration support for a three month temporary contract!

They have a fantastic work culture and are looking to bring in more support in an Administrator capacity, though there may also be a requirement for wider administrative support.

The role:

  • Working 09:00 – 17:30, they do require candidates with prior Administrator experience
  • There will be a range of requirements, from meeting and greeting visitors and signing them in to providing administrative support
  • Other duties will including managing the telephone list, taking receipts, processing expenses, raising purchase orders and screening calls
  • You’ll need a high level of accuracy and experience of using templates
  • Strong communication skills are also an essential prerequisite

 To be successful:

  • Previous experience in an Administrator position or similar
  • A very pro-active and confident nature
