Contact Centre Administrator
A leading European research company with fantastic social attitudes need an experienced Contact Centre Administrator for a short term temporary contract!
Supporting a rolling project, they have a fantastic work culture and are looking to bring in more support whilst working with other Contact Centre Administrator professionals.
- Working 37 hours a week, it is a fast-based Contact Centre Administrator position
- There will be a range of requirements, supporting external clients with a range of queries
- Candidates will be required to type email responses and utilise MS Excel so these are skills that will be tested
- You’ll need a high level of accuracy and experience of using templates
- Strong communication skills are an essential prerequisit
To be successful
- Previous experience in an Contact Centre Administrator position or similar
- A very pro-active and confident nature
