Contact Centre Advisor

An amazing opportunity has become available for a Contact Centre Advisor for a data analysis company based in the centre of Solihull.

The position is in a busy working environment and candidates will need to be able to deliver a high standard of customer service. Those who have previous work experience in a Contact Centre Advisor position will be preferable.

The role

  • Working with other Contact Centre Advisor teams to deliver high quality customer service
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls from the public
  • Updating systems
  • Dealing with complaints and escalating to managements accordingly

To be successful

  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre Advisor role is essential
  • Confident in dealing with phone calls
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
