Contact Centre Advisor

An amazing opportunity has come up for a Contact Centre Advisor for an automotive company based on the outskirts of Solihull.

They are looking to bring in a vibrant Contact Centre Advisor to join their team. The contract will run through until at least mid-June.

The position is in a busy working environment and candidates will need to be able to deliver a high standard of customer service.

The role

  • Delivering high quality customer service
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Booking in MOT’s, servicing, diagnostics and events

To be successful

  • Experience in a Contact Centre Advisor role
  • Confident in dealing with phone calls
