Contact Centre Team Leader
A public sector organisation in South Birmingham with a real family feel to the organisation need an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader for a six month contract!
Supporting a planned absence, they have a fantastic work culture and require a Contact Centre Team Leader to oversee the day to day running of the project.
Working 37 hours a week, it is an operation requiring a Contact Centre Team Leader who will put customers first
- Duties will include monitoring wall boards and performance stats
- The responsibility to ensure the Reception area is also covered falls within this post
- The position of Contact Centre Team Leader is quite general within the business and won’t require the undertaking of 1-2-1’s or taking calls
To be successful
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre Team Leader or Supervisor position
