Customer Service Advisor

Our client whose business is within the hardware industry is looking to recruit an additional Customer Service Advisor.

The role offers a salary of £18,000 – £22,000 a year, free car parking and brand-new modern offices based in Solihull! They also have a really cute office dog!

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.15pm. 29 days’ holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays)

The main parts of the role as Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Inputting orders with 100% accuracy.
  • Webchat enquiries.
  • Resolving queries within a timely manner.
  • Answering email enquiries.
  • Supporting the wider team with other ad-hoc administrative work when required.

To be successful in this role of Customer Service Advisor you will need to have a happy and positive personality. You must enjoy giving excellent customer service and work well independently AND as part of a team.  You will need to have a fantastic attention for detail with strong Microsoft office skills and a good level of spelling and grammar.

A full training program will be given to the successful candidate and you will be based in our modern offices in Monkspath, Solihull.
