RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial Operations
    • o Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • o Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting
    • o Production of monthly management accounts/financial reports for key stakeholders
  • Financial Analysis / Business Partnering
    • o Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
    • o Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
    • o Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
  • WIP Reporting
    • o Develop and implement processes for accurate and timely WIP reporting.
    • o Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather relevant project data.
    • o Analyse WIP reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project budgets.
  • Tax Compliance
    • o Manage the preparation and filing of all required tax returns, including VAT.
  • Other
    • o Management of company insurance program, including liaising with Brokers and Insurer.
    • o Management of company pension scheme.

  
  
REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA or ACMA
  • Prior experience in a similar level role, within a facilities management, construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
