The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a proactive approach to financial management. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, managing budgets, optimising processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  2. Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets and interests.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to formulate long-term financial strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA qualification required.
  • Strong Management and Financial Accounts Knowledge
  • Managed a team before.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools/software.
