KC Group are pleased to be partnering with a growing SME business in Warwickshire, who have a new requirement for a Finance Manager to join their growing team.
The company has experienced exponential growth over the last 12 months and are now looking to bring their finance in-house which is currently outsourced to a third-party accountancy practice.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organisation. Key duties include –
- Day to day financial operations i.e. accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Financial reporting and production of monthly management accounts/financial reports for key stakeholders
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
- Financial Analysis / Business Partnering
- WIP Reporting / Working Capital
- Tax Compliance
- Management of company insurance program, including liaising with Brokers and Insurer.
- Management of company pension scheme.
Requirements –
- Finalist / Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA or ACMA
- Prior experience in a similar level role, within a facilities management, construction or engineering environment would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
