Management Accountant

KC Group are working with a leading manufacturing business in South Birmingham, who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant.

Duties include –

• Managing all aspects of financial reporting in line with group policies and procedures.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
• Stock management: resolving all stock discrepancies, reviewing stock take data, identifying and resolving errors and working closely with Warehouse Managers.
• Working closely with the Directors.
• Preparing variance analyses with comprehensive recommendations to promote financial clarity and growth.
• Managing the preparation of cash flow reports, forecasts, budget and monthly/quarterly management accounts in accordance with guidelines.
• Participating in monthly business review meetings to discuss financial data and devising strategies to enable business improvements.
• Developing and implementing standard costing processes.

Requirements:

• QBE, Part or fully qualified Financial Controller / Accountant
• Prior management accounts experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• SAGE & SAP experience
