Sales Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 + Bonus (OTE £30,000) pa

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Our client is an established business with over 30 years success in their market are looking for an experienced innovative Sales Coordinator to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with experience at making cold and warm telephone calls to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making new customer appointments for Account Managers
  • 60% of day will be making phone calls 40% will be researching/sourcing for New Business
  • Finding new leads (via lapsed/social media)
  • Be able to connect with potential business via cold calls/warm leads
  • Assisting with rates where required for the External Sales Team
  • Support and manage the existing client base
  • Must be able to work as part of a Team

Skills required:

  • Must have experience of working in a telephone sales role
  • Fast and efficient
  • Liaise on all levels
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to the role
  • Customer Service is paramount
  • Enjoy working in a busy vibrant environment
  • Team player
